We are accepting new clients.

Greetings.

We are ready to start another General partnership after we locate one partner with $100,000 to invest.

When this partner has been found, we plan to seek limited partners with $7,000 to invest. 100 is our goal. However, we would be able to conduct business while acquiring the limited partners.

Our objective will be to seek bargain properties and flip to investors or hold in our portfolio. Therefore, all partners must commit to a three year duration. We plan to structure these deals to render a combination of tax minimization while maximizing the profit per deal. This is an ideal long-term investment.

My name is Ken Aspinwall. Click here to see my credentials. I have training, knowledge and experience in real estate. My very first sale was a $1,000,000 commercial deal done in the first 90 days of entering the business.

The role that I intend to fill would be that of a bird dog for investors. Our market is in a part of Georgia that does have foreclosure activity. However, houses can be sold for the right price.

There are many people in the market who would like to lease/purchase. I am willing to work with these potential clients.

I decided to drop my real estate license because the industry was not flexing with the market. Industry leaders kept blowing hot air and I am too much a realist to endure it. That's what makes me valuable to you, as I have a very good intuitive sense of the market.
