For the single investor acquiring a single property with $100,000 cash to invest, we offer this option. We act as a facilitator per your parameters and instructions.. You decide to go short-term or long-term.
Several approaches can be used. Acquire property to be marketed to lease-purchase optioners. Acquire bargain properties to upgrade and sell. Others.
You can bring up to twenty co-investors into the deal. We are the general partners. Good idea to create an LLC for this approach.
